Our Work

LBA connects youth to their futures and the communities through programs, partnerships and free and low-cost resources. When students experience our proven curriculum, they come away with action plans for their futures, tools to reach their goals, and a passionate network of supporters to be there every step of the way. Recognizing connection is a two-way street, LBA also provides resources and training to ensure community members can be the best mentors possible to our youth, and successfully cultivate relationships with people from all walks of life.
